Kounenos Villas Luxurious Apartments, are located at Istron, Kalo Chorio in Agios Nikolaos of Crete. It is a family enterprise and consists of 12 apartments with splendid view to Cretan Sea.

Upon an enchanting hill in Istron-Kalo Chorio is created a complex of 12 apartments and studios.

A beautiful large garden and olive groves surround these well established accommodations, which are attractively set on terraces and stand high above the road and the Istron Bay.

They are approximately 900 meters to the village and 300 meters to the nearest beach.

The dwelling nestle in the midst of a verdant hilly landscape, where olive groves and colourful plants reach all the way above the complex of the apartments as well as down to the sea.

In the garden of the dwelling there is a well equipped (with sun beds and sun umbrellas) swimming pool, with a shallow end for children. It is set in large lawns on a separate raised terrace reached by a short flight of stone steps. It is an ideal spot to relax, unwind and enjoy the Cretan sun.
